Does GUSI Accept Reservations?

Yes. Reservations can be made through OpenTable, and walk-ins are always welcome whenever seating is available. We recommend booking in advance, especially for weekends and special occasions.

The Story Behind GUSI

In Eastern European tradition, a goose is more than a bird. It is a symbol of home, cherished memories, and journeys that always lead back to the people waiting around the table. That’s why we chose the name GUSI.

Rooted in folklore and woven through generations of family gatherings, it reflects a culture where food is never simply served but shared, celebrated, and remembered.

Eastern European Comfort Food Reimagined

The kitchen at GUSI does not chase trends. Pelmeni and vareniki are still folded by hand, the way they’d be made in a humble European kitchen. Borscht follows the rhythm of the seasons, sometimes simmered with duck and other times finished with dill and sour cream. Pickles are made in house and grace every table.

There are no unnecessary flourishes here, only authentic ingredients, patient cooking, and respect for time honored techniques. That’s what sets every dish and experience apart.
